If you are looking for shoes that say I'm a big gamer and have a lot of money, I wouldn't recommend these shoes. If you're like me and love to wear decent formal shoes that will survive whatever life throws at you, this is a great option. I'll be wearing it to the office every day, which means it will find its way to the oil field in the mud and slush from time to time. A quick flush outside and I'm back in the office. For those who are really interested in the condition of the shoe: 1) This shoe has been owned for over 3 months 2) Used almost every day 3) Sole is still in great condition (I've had shoes where they're very wear out quickly) 4) The fabric still looks new on the inside 5) Doesn't need polishing yet, but will probably need touching up soon
