Best way to keep all your communication within one platform

The best thing about this software is that you can use both mobile apps as well web-based version for guest messaging which helps in keeping track of messages from clients at their convenience without having them log into an app or website every time something needs attention! I have no complaints regarding any part related either by its technical aspects nor user interface design so far but if there are then do let me know because we would be able get things sorted out immediately!! If used properly along side other customer service tools like help desk tickets will give hotels more control over client interactions through multiple channels than traditional methods such as call centers alone could provide otherwise!

  • It does not matter whether they’re using desktop/laptop computers, smartphones OR tablets
  • Mobile access to hotel's internal message system via phone calls when guests don't want emails sent directly
  • Ability (via email)to send notes back AND forth between colleagues within your staff members very nice feature allowing seamless collaboration ! ;o)
  • Good custom
