After growing weary of the discomfort caused by my previous headset, I decided to look at new options and decided to purchase the HyperX Cloud II. The price of the headset was quite high, and I started to feel guilty that I hadn't bought something that was less expensive. But as soon as I opened the box, all of my concerns disappeared: high-quality assembly, sturdy metal in the headband, interchangeable ear pads, wires, adapters, and even a storage bag were included in the package. It is immediately obvious that I purchased a nice, possibly even premium, item. I linked it to the computer by means of a USB cable; additionally, there is an adapter for x2 mini-jacks; thus, the headset was immediately identified without any issues. Although I am not a huge fan of music and am not very good at identifying the subtleties in sound, I did enjoy the sound that was produced by this headset. a reasonable amount of bass and none of the expensive, unpleasant frequencies that are common in some low-cost headsets. Took a seat in front of the microphone. When compared to my previous headset, this one has a more muted and subdued sound that is, I guess, a result of the noise-canceling nozzle that is located on the microphone. On the other side, any and all unwanted noises started to be captured in a far poorer quality. So, it's more of a positive than a drawback in this case. And finally, the comfort of wearing it was the final test for me. After completing a two-hour raid in World of Warcraft, both my head and my ears feel much better than they did before. There was a possibility that it was a touch warm, but the old headset felt like steel pincers were being used to squeeze my head, and the pain they created was measurable. The level of comfort that may be achieved while wearing it is unparalleled. As a result, I believe that the acquisition was completely worthwhile. If you want to get a gaming headset that is of great quality, has fantastic sound, and a microphone, and that you can comfortably sit in for a couple of hours at a time, then you should definitely take a closer look at the HyperX Cloud II.
