Review on Vizliter Electronic Rechargeable Flameless Splashproof Household Supplies by Ruth Ward

Looks good but terribly poor quality.

I really wanted to give 5 stars. The packaging and the material inside the box looked and felt so good, thanks to the built-in metal nameplate and the velvety texture of the rim. And the shine of the silver finish with the bronze gold wolf looked amazing. I will give Unfortunately, cosmetics that look good do not necessarily mean a quality product. Please feel free to look at the photo I've attached of me holding the base of the lighter and showing the fatal defect where the USB connector broke off and got stuck in the top left corner of the slot. I bought it in June 2020 just to light scented candles or incense around the house. I haven't used it dozens of times since. And I plugged it in to charge even fewer cases. It wasn't until a month later that I felt the charging port start to shake when I plugged in the mini-USB cable (the total number of times I've charged up to that point was maybe 3 times). After that I used it very, very sparingly. But now it all seemed for naught because after trying to plug it in today to try again after months of not using it, the charging connector just completely dislodged in the slot rendering it completely unusable. The only purpose it serves now is decoration. Very disappointed. I advise everyone to stay away from this brand. Either I was just unlucky or they are all of poor quality. I don't think it's worth risking €20. Invest your money elsewhere.
