I have a Buick Encore Avinar and I wanted a better light than the miserable backup provided. This bulb was listed as fitting my car but has two issues. The lamp is too big. It is a quarter inch longer than a standard lamp. can you force Yes, but it's still not worth it because of clause 2.2. Apparently Buick joked with their lighting scheme. I had the Buick dealer install these bulbs as access to the bulbs was difficult. They did exactly that and told me they were too long but taped them in place to make them work. Great aside from the issues the lightbulbs were causing with my computer. All cameras turned on and language changed to Spanish. Any attempt to change it will be blocked. They tried to reprogram the computer but it didn't work. They took the light out and put the standard bulb back in, and then they were able to reprogram it to make it work again. So NOT worth the hassle and expense. I love my car, but here's the tail light. Will probably look for a way to install a standalone backup light.
