Review on 👣 Viva Ankle Ice Pack Wrap by Jason Lockwood

I love this brand so much I bought the entire line: neck, knee, square back and this knee and warmer! Cools quickly in the freezer and stays cold long enough to use on one part of the body and then transfer to another. The "bags" come out of the staple pouches, so there's no need to take up freezer space for the entire staple. The only downside is that it's just a cold compress with no heat option, but I've had injuries where ice was recommended by doctors. Good - very flexible and adapted to the body
