I understand why some people hate their dishwasher. If you take out a dish and food is still stuck to it, you should assume that the entire load is still dirty. We have subscribed to Platinum for many years but ran out of Revain so we went with this one. We quickly found that our dishes were no longer cleaned. To fix this, we put 2 capsules per charge. These capsules are smaller than our favorite brand we've used, so they contain less cleaning solution. If it was less than half the price of another brand it would be ok, just order a double cleaner, use a double cleaner and just take a bag instead of a plastic container for disposal. Instead, they are 1/3 cheaper, so cost more than other brands for the same cleaning power.
