Poor build quality of the home office chairs

Build quality is so poor that I am planning to return it. Holes in the bottom of the seat were drilled in the wrong places resulting in a lopsided seat compared to the calf support and frame. The pillowcase wasn't stapled down either: the faux leather stitching doesn't line up with the edges of the pillow, making the seat look warped. As a result, the handles arrived damaged. The grips are a metal bar surrounded by soft foam that arrived with a deep dent. I will also find that the chair cushions are surprisingly firm and the top of the backrest digs into my spine when I recline.

Pros
