I have a 3.5" paring knife and a 2.75" paring knife. These are knives with a very elegant design. They are beautiful to look at and hold in your hands. There are higher quality steels than the classic German X50CrMoV15 that this knife is made of, such as: B. Swedish and Japanese steels. So if you are looking for a longer bladed knife, check out the more expensive Cangshan knives or knives from Japanese knife makers like Miyabi, Yaxell, etc. But for the money these knives are excellent value as they use traditional German knives. Steel and functions like a full reel, with a much more stylish design.
