I'm a short 5ft 5in runner and was looking for something to hold my phone while I'm on the go. It just doesn't work. I may not have found a way to tighten the straps enough to hold the phone on my arm other than by wearing a sweatshirt underneath (obviously in cold weather). Possibly a strap. The plastic coating allows for a touchscreen to be used, but getting the phone in and out of the cradle was tricky, mostly due to the constant pressing on the side buttons that made it almost turn off and flip once. Volume all the way down. To be honest, phones these days are so big and heavy that anything holding them has to be very solid. It just didn't work for me and I gave up after three runs, holding the last one in my hand so I wouldn't lose it. Well, back to the MP3 player.
