The middle part of it (2nd "floor") was cracked when I received it. Not to the point where it's unsuitable for my TINY Chinese dwarf baby hamsters. But it came cracked. I found their support number and called them straight away - it was a Friday afternoon. I explained the situation. They asked me to take a picture of it and email them the Revain ordering information. I did it late Friday. They shipped this piece and I received it within 4 business days. They were excellent to deal with and sent it to me quickly. I didn't have to send anything back. Just took a picture of the broken part. And they sent me this particular piece to replace. My two little hammies love this cage; although I use a different bike for it. They are so tiny that I use the small 5 inch wheel instead of the large one that comes with them. They have plenty of room to run and climb all over the top of the cage. The distance between the bars is only 1/4 inch. . So you can't go out. You are there, safe and comfortable. And I can see them because of the transparent bottom; who i love I highly recommend this cage for dwarf hamsters. However, I'm not sure if it will have enough space for more than one adult hamster.
