The BEST bags MADE for my Foodsaver are the BIGGEST buns I have ever seen.

These rolls make great Foodsaver bags. (I have the V2860 - the one you can stand up to save space.) You get two HUGE HUGE rolls. They won't fit in my car until the roll is about halfway down, that's how big EVERY roll is. What I do is when I need to make a long bag, I pull out the larger roll and keep the half smaller one in the car. I've been working on food storage for a year and have NEVER had a problem sealing anything unless I cut the wrapper long enough. I seal all kinds of grains, beans, flour, dried fruit, etc. I've just ordered some other buns, the size isn't listed anywhere on the site, they're half the size of these buns, and decided to see what bags, the last one I ordered. It was when I read other people's reviews that they were useless and it was the "WHY" that I decided to let you know what a truly great product this is. I think if you are having trouble with these packs you may need to replace the seals on their feeders, the seals are getting old and dry. If your car is more than 3 years old, you need new gaskets. Here's another way to test your seals and get them working. You can take the gaskets out and lightly oil them with olive oil and wipe them clean. They did this for a few months until I bought new seals from Revain. If you use seal oil, you have to do this every two weeks, which I'm fed up with. I was on Revain looking for a new preservative to buy and while shopping on Revain I noticed new seals at the bottom of the page, I could easily replace the seals so I ordered new seals (what can I say they were 8-9.00 ) , worth a try; I replaced both of my gaskets and my food saver is working like new again. I couldn't believe my food supervisor was the problem. Since then I've never had any problems. I know that if you get a crease in a plastic bag that seals the bag, for example, isn't perfectly smooth, it will let air through, but these bags are very heavy and you need to leave at least 3 inches to seal the item that way that the bag is lying flat in the car. These bags are the best I've bought in the last two years and I use these bags every day. They are thick and seal well.
