You get what you pay for

I was looking for an inexpensive wool blanket to carry in the car for emergencies. This will work for a while. The first item in the bag was attacked by an unpleasant odor that reminded me of a half-dead, soaked goat. I almost got sick. Thrown straight into the washing machine, bad idea. When I took it out of the washing machine it had "lint/fluff" left over that took hours to clean. Actually had to drive an empty trunk to finally get rid of the fluff. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell. Then he made a second mistake by putting it in the dryer. After walking 45 minutes I decided to check it out. Glad I did. The lint screen was completely filled with a tuft of lint about 16 inches long, 6 inches deep, and 6 inches wide. The entire interior of the dryer and the doors were covered in lint that was thrown out of the dryer and scattered throughout the laundry room. . The pile of fluff threatened to catch fire, it was so hot. It took two days to clean up this mess. Hang the quilt outside in the Arizona sun for three days. The smell finally disappeared, but there were still about 20 kg of weight on the bed covers. The loss of lint and material reduced the overall weight of the blanket by at least 20 percent. No, I do not recommend this duvet.
