I was really stunned by how beautiful a hand made craft object this is. Have not made a tagine in it yet, but look forward to making one in this pot and being able to take it to guests in the same pot. Also, I have never received a fragile item so well packed, wrapped in bubble-wrap and then surrounded by plastic peanuts in the box. I doubt if any buyer ever receives a damaged pot. The instructions say to soak it in cold water for 24 hours before the first use. But they neglect to say how long to soak it for subsequent use. If I don't use it again for two weeks, do I need to soak it for 24 Hours again, or a lesser time, and what would that be? This would have been good information to include.
