I was intrigued by the idea that with a DSLR I can focus and zoom on the go and get clearer pictures because I don't have to reach for the lens. Movo mff400 is well made and my cannon 5d fits very well. The only problem I had was that the particular lens I was using had the focus and zoom reversed on the lens so I just swapped the motors and the problem was solved. I used it for the first time at a worship concert and it worked flawlessly. However, I would definitely add some weight to the rear to offset the weight. I also wish there was variable speed control built into zoom and focus for the slower projects I do. Overall a well made product
