I want to love this product. I would like to give 5 stars but I can't because the battery doesn't charge. I can leave it on and it glows like it's charging. It works fine when plugged in, but the battery just won't charge. I also think the volume could be a bit louder. A little hard to hear. The screen quality is excellent, the remote control works perfectly. The kids really had nothing to complain about when we used it in the car. But when we use it at home it would be nice to have a louder sound and a charged battery to make it more portable. Also, the Open button to insert a movie isn't always instantly released and feels more fragile than I'd like.
