I ordered these because I'm in the midst of January organizational craze and needed some fairly large containers to store staples. One basket had a broken lid when it arrived - this seems to be a fairly common problem as other reviewers have pointed out. I think this is a design issue, not a production issue. I received an email from the seller as well as an email hidden in the box. I have contacted support. Walid actually answers all his e-mails himself, and he does it quickly. I've attached a photo and explained the problem. Within a few days I had a replacement on my doorstep. I was excited. These are sturdy containers that serve my needs. I love that the shape means you can stack them efficiently. Oh, and they come with great little scoops - a thoughtful little addition for the cook who never runs out of scoops!
