I like that it allows me to see where my team members are in their tasks, what they need help with etc - which helps keep us all organized! It's also very easy for our customers as well since we can easily add them into queues so no more waiting around at reception or trying to find someone who knows how your business works (which sometimes isn't always possible). There aren’t any downsides yet but there could be if this becomes popular amongst other businesses too? If you're looking something simple/easy then queuepad might not suit best however once things get busy again i would definitely recommend giving queepad another go. We have been able track progress of each task within every member of staff using queepads system meaning everyone has access when needed without having multiple managers constantly checking up on people throughout shifts- saving time & money!!
