Review on Professional 3-Pack 7 Inch Stainless Steel Kitchen Peelers by Dave Hammon

This knife is really good, especially for the price but I wish they had done something other than the hollow grind for the secondary bevel. This increases resistance when trying to cut through something. Imagine slicing strawberries over a bowl or whatever. Slight irritation. I bought this as something inexpensive to throw in a camping kitchen set so it's not really a problem. At first I used gray and green compounds along with bare skin and after a bit of testing in the kitchen I think this will do just fine.
