I have replaced my original trailer foot pegs with one piece trailer door pegs. When the old staircase is removed, space is made for this storage box. The box is great for storing the things you use when building your trailer. I keep my wheel pads, blocks and the like. The drawer is only accessible when the trailer ladder is up, so I only keep what I need to set up the trailer. This box from Mor/Ryde is designed for use on a frame that has the Original Equipment folding steps installed. Because of this, it's a very simple setup. No drilling of mounting holes etc. There is no rubber grommet around the lid to keep water out but the things I keep in the box are plastic so they don't need to be weatherproofed. I'm happy with the box because I now have a dedicated place to put these things instead of shoving them into the main compartment of the trailer along with everything else.
