It's easy to use the system, it can integrate with other systems and has a great price. The customer service is also excellent. I like that it integrates with our accounting system so we don't have to worry about that. We are solving issues of time, accuracy, and security when it comes to signing documents. We haven't found anything yet that we dislike about this product. If you're looking for an electronic signature solution, then Concord should be at the top of your list. We've saved time with having to sign multiple documents and our clients love how fast their transactions go through now.
