Update: Following the kind advice of another reviewer, I've updated the firmware so audiobooks now play chapters in order. I'm afraid to use the lock function with the quick back button in case I accidentally go back. I bought it to replace an old model that died and let's just say it's not an upgrade. First, there's no longer a power/lock button at the top, so I accidentally skip audiobook titles. The biggest problem, however, is that this model doesn't sort audiobooks by name. I use it the same as my old Clip Zip, but now the audiobook playlist is out of order on this model. It could start with track 1 and then move on to track 8, 5, 12, etc. This is very annoying because when I realize it happened I hear a spoiler. Also, I like the feel of less slip and the sound seems better. But nothing compensates for the need to scroll through each track. The whole point of the purchase was to make the books easier to listen to.
