Loud enough but not too loud. Sounds more like a rumble
I bought these piezos because my truck's piezo died an unknown death behind the dashboard. Many times in 10 years I have left the light on after work. I connected the buzzer by simply using a tee that connected to the power wire on the headlight and grounded the other side. I attached the buzzer to the inside of the engine bay with thick 3M tape (grey) (cleaned the surface with some brake cleaner). Works great.
