Ideal for flat feet / lack of arch

Ideal for flat feet. This is the second time I've been doing the 80 Day Obsession workout, which is a combination of weight and cardio. I wore my old sneakers for the first 80 days. I googled "best shoes for flat feet", tried several brands including Merrill, Reebok, Brooks and other New Balance. These shoes fit me best. You are stubborn. I don't slip on the sideplank. They give me stability when doing squats and bench presses. You have a little difference. They are by no means naked to the ground. You don't have a bow. anything. I don't have a bow so this works perfectly for me. I wouldn't use them for running, but they're great for CrossFit/HIIT and weightlifting. They remind me of DC/Vans.

Pros
  • TPU knit upper
Cons
  • Almost everything available
