WORST EXPERIENCE

I BOUGHT THE CHAIRS IN APRIL 2019 AND THE KNOB STARTED TO SEPARATE FROM THE VELVET, STARTED TO SEPARATE AND SHOWED THE REAL WHITE THREAD Good wood, I don't think that should happen. I bought 6 chairs and spent about $1000 on them. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW AS I CAN GO BACK BECAUSE THE TIME FRAME HAS PASSED. I CANNOT UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT I CAN EMAIL IF ANYONE WANT TO SEE. SAD ABOUT IT.
