Very disappointed in the quality

Pretty disappointed, I bought mailers from this seller twice before and they were of awsome quality, they were the bigger size 10×13 inch mailers.Thought these would be of the same quality, but they sure aren't, they're much thinner and one ripped at the seam when I was putting my item inside, fabric made item, so it didn't poke it or anything. And the feel of the mailers is bad not as smooth as the ones I have from before. If I haven't used a couple I would have returned them.
