Bits wear out quickly and will not cut rebar as specified.
Both tips will wear out in minutes when cutting through a normal concrete slab. And it says he'll cut through the rebar, but that's even remotely impossible. When we hit a piece of rebar, one broke and damaged the other. Not recommended.
