We really like our new pipe rack and it's so different from the usual rack. If you're looking for something rustic and whimsical, this is the place for you! We had no problems with assembly, the attached diagrams could have been much better, the photos should have been larger so you can see what's what and the connections. There are no written instructions, so you have to rely on pictures. It helped that we looked at the finished part. Now for the mounting part, which is very difficult to assemble! You need to insert the center piece into the stud because if you use the hardware provided it will definitely NOT work! We even tried installing the butterfly on drywall and the weight of the whole block just ripped it out of the wall! So we found a hairpin to use and headed in that direction. We used butterflies on the ends to create a strong hold.
