It doesn't get any smarter.
This outfit is valuable just because of the HAT! My 3 year old grandson is very sun sensitive and LOVES to play outside. The hat covers the ears, neck and shades the nose. The outfit is well suited for a large 3 year old weighing 34 pounds. Highly recommended. My grandson doesn't like being covered in sunscreen so it wasn't hard.
