I originally ordered this product but received it scratched (probably paint on drywall) and filled with water. I called Revain and they sent me a new one. The second one I got works great but the only claim I doubt is that it kills 99.99% of germs. In order for the steam to kill germs, you must leave the tip of the nozzle on the surface for 3 minutes. Unless you want to spend 100 hours steam cleaning your house, it won't kill germs. Works great for a steamer.
