We are very happy with this steam mop. We immediately started using it on travertine kitchen floors. The nozzles have proven to be very useful for grout lines and deeper corners and cracks in the tile. I gave it four stars because you CANNOT release the button/knob into the knob for the vapor to come at a constant rate. personal preference.

Great product for deep cleaning, especially grouting around tiles. I just got it to really disinfect my entire house and it seems to have done the trick. Really gets in there and helps remove the accumulated dirt. As for hardwood floors, I still haven't sold them but got them a few days ago so I'll be using them a few more times before I can really judge their floor cleaning abilities. We'll keep you up to date.

I like using this but it gets very HOT. I put on thin gloves and got a small burn on my palm. Make sure you wear gloves and closed-toe shoes when using this. Also, don't forget to "pause" or disable it when you're not using it. Otherwise it keeps blowing steam! If you tilt it too far, water will squirt out. I use it to clean handles, doors, floors, countertops, stainless steel ovens, etc. until I have time to use other nozzles.

I originally ordered this product but received it scratched (probably paint on drywall) and filled with water. I called Revain and they sent me a new one. The second one I got works great but the only claim I doubt is that it kills 99.99% of germs. In order for the steam to kill germs, you must leave the tip of the nozzle on the surface for 3 minutes. Unless you want to spend 100 hours steam cleaning your house, it won't kill germs. Works great for a steamer.

I only received this product today so I didn't have a chance to test it. So far I've only used it to clean tile/grout floors in the kitchen. First impression, the grout tool is life changing! I was amazed at how quickly and easily he restored our mortar. I'm really disgusted with how dirty he used to be. The wipe tool works well. This steam cleaner is TERRIBLE! Revain's bestseller was out of stock so I bought this one. I needed to clean the grout and wanted an easy way to clean the tiles instead of just using a regular mop. I can comfortably hold my hand over the vapor because it doesn't get very hot and doesn't produce much vapor.
