I was dming on sunday night and my players has a deck of many things without realizing it, I was like ok roll for deck of many things. One of my players apparently had one of his own and decided he would pull from his own. He kept doing this for the other players as well and as a DM it infuriated me to no end as he started by drawing The Fates and the nothing bad enough to use them on! Monday I was fuming and went looking to buy a deck of manythings to stop this player in my next session. I purchased based on price alone just wanting something to stop this player! I had no idea I was purchasing the deck of many fates and I was delightfully suprised I had not one but two combineable decks! I absolutly love this purchase and cant wait to use it to make my players hate life in our next session and finally take away the fates while secreatly drawing from the deck of many fates instead of manythings adding more confusion to my party!
