Okay this thing is VERY sticky and when you need it you never need to remove it. However, I found the hard way that it was extremely difficult to remove from the back of my iPad. I've tried flossing just hitting the surface and that's it. I tried with a stream and thought it might work better but same problem. Eventually I tried a razor blade, which worked but also scratched the surface of my iPad, so I gave up. By now I had raised some of the edges, so using my thumbnail, I pressed my thumb against the back and pushed until it curled up. My thumb hurts and the back of my iPad is now scratched but the adhesive is gone. Oh yes, I forgot to mention. Even though I followed all the instructions to replace the adhesive on my PopSocket that came loose, this stuff didn't stick to it for more than a few minutes of use. As far as I know it was a complete disaster.
