The ability to manage our client's vehicles, we have been able to cut down in-transit time as well as reduce outages for repairs/maintenance issues. Nothing that I dislike about this system. It has made it easier for us to do business with them. We are now more efficient at managing our customer base. This allows me to spend my time doing what I want instead of having to worry about vehicle maintenance or problems that might arise during transit. The ease to navigate through the software, ability to search for specific vehicles or clients within our entire organization. It would be great if we could have more in-depth reports with actual numbers instead of just totals at the end of each month so that we can easily find out how much money has been spent on maintenance vs repairs. Reporting issues and needing to do it outside Drive as well because they will not help you out when their own system isn't working correctly.
