Convenient, but for some reason it turns pink on the right side?

I'm not sure if I have a defective one, for the price it's good. Only he has less than a day and I woke up this morning he was turning pink on the right side? I tried wiping it with a damp cloth but to no avail. I'm not sure what happened because it looked great from the start.
