I am very happy with this light (pun intended). I didn't really know what I needed, as this was my first light, but it has been something I look forward to using in the darker months of the year. I use it first thing in the morning while doing some reading and quiet time to start my day, and I do believe it helps.Also, the customer service is phenomenal. One of my kids lost the stand it came with, and 3 years after the fact, I e-mailed them to ask about purchasing a stand. While this isn't something they normally do, they sold me one and were prompt in responding to my e-mails and helping.I recommend this light and this company!
