Update 07/07/20: The strap has softened over time due to the stiff fabric I encountered first. For this reason, I have upgraded the rating, taking into account the break-in time. First review: I love the look of this wallet and the size is perfect - not too big and not too small either. It has good internal pockets and I love that one external pocket has a button for quick access to things I use often like my phone and there is also an external zipped pocket on the other side. The length of the strap is long, which is a big plus for me. The colors correspond to the picture and the fabric of the wallet is very durable and well sewn. However, I have a stumbling block with this wallet, which is why I give it 3 stars. The thin strap has a very sharp edge accented by grooves in the fabric. If I use this bag all day with any weight in it (phone, wallet, keys and feminine hygiene products are what I usually carry), the strap cuts into my neck. I used this bag for 8 hours on a warm day at Universal Studios and walked out of the park with an open and bleeding cut on my neck where the strap has been rubbing and digging into my neck all day. (I've switched sides, I've worn it a few times, but I really prefer the strap to be on the right side of the neck otherwise I feel weird.) The fabric that makes up the strap should be made of a softer material, or have a soft and movable element to prevent this. If the strap design is corrected I would give this handbag 10 stars!
