Heavy Duty Chopper

Required sharpening out of the box. The steel feels very hard and my whetstone had a hard time removing some of the burrs and getting a sharp edge. It did a good job sharpening the lobster claws and overall I'm happy with the purchase. I need to work on my sharpening skills to keep him in peak condition. The other point is that with two edges and a hooked edge, this is a bit tricky to handle.
