Very good support and trouble ticket system

The ease of use for both our end users as well as ourselves when we are troubleshooting problems with an order or invoice. Nothing is perfect but you can find what you need here if you know where to look (which usually isn't hard). I wish they would build out some new functionality into their software since it has been awhile now that there wasn't much happening outside of updating the database schema/importing orders from PDFs which aren't great ways to work on these files at all. It's easy enough to import them just be sure not do anything fancy like using OCR or something silly like that because no one will want to run reports off those things so make your report simple to read instead by doing this first step before importing any other information. We have had very few issues with their products over my time working with them. Our customers seem happy also with how quickly we get resolved tickets.

Pros
  • Not having access via email makes managing everything easier than most similar systems available today even though more complicated then older ERP solutions such SAP B1S3 was back around 2000 2001ish maybe? But still better looking UI wise compared too many others nowadays! Invoicing / payments pretty good support team once contacted about questions related directly towards system usage & implementation..etc
