The customer support is very strong in this product. We have worked closely with them for almost 2 years now and they are always willing to help us when we need it most! It's not easy to create custom rules that will fit your needs exactly but their staff has gone above and beyond by creating new ones specifically tailored for our business. They also do a good job at updating the product often so you never know what they might come up with next. I wish there was an easier way to copy/paste text from one rule into another without having to re-create all of the fields manually - this would make life much simpler. But overall, great team who listens well and gets things done quickly! Very effective tool for keeping track of threats, blocking malicious traffic, etc., etc.
