I liked how easy it was for me to navigate throughout their website as well since they have different tabs depending on what you're looking at. They also had great customer support when we needed assistance with tax returns which made our experience wonderful! I like that Grant Thornton can take a company and look at their whole picture, not one specific aspect of their business. They are not pushy and you can go into any meeting you have with a Grant Thornton rep and they are open to your ideas regardless of whether they are their business. I dislike that Grant Thornton can be a costly firm (sometimes) and also that some of their reps are out of date on certain aspects.
