It's really hard for me personally to recommend any products with this software.

We've used it at multiple locations during our time there so I can't say my dislike towards one product was because of them as much as myself being too new in business as their support team has been amazing! They have great customer care but sometimes you get what seems like they're not understanding your concerns enough which makes things more difficult than expected when trying solve problems (you just want everything back to normal!). The benefits are many; we do accounting differently within departments by breaking up projects into monthly billing instead of quarterly bills. The staff has been very friendly & helpful in answering all of our questions about this program we are participating with! I would like there be more options for people who have disabilities (physical) - not sure if they had thought ahead but it could really benefit them as well!! We love how easy everything was so far- no confusion at any point during enrollment process which made me feel comfortable from start till finish.
