I like that they are very thorough with their background checks for all of our team members. They also do not require you to be local as many other companies we've used have required. I like that we are able to use our own agency for investigations which means less paperwork than going outside with an external investigator who might not be available when needed or qualified enough. We used their services several years ago so didn't have any experience then but they seemed pretty good back them up at least from what I heard others say about their service.
