Review on The Jacobson Group by Eric Timbeross

The site looks pretty decent. They've also implemented a great social media presence. A couple of minor issues though. First, they're offering the same package to non-profits as they are to for profit companies. Not sure if that's a mistake or intentional. Second, their pricing structure isn't very transparent. For instance, when you enter the contract number you get a monthly fee that is higher than if you entered a single contract. Also, there is no way to compare costs between contracts. Finally, the company does not seem to understand that the customer's main interest is in the quality of services provided. Their slogan "Our Clients' Success Is Our Success" implies that they are concerned about the client's success, but they aren't. They're concerned about their own success, and the client is merely an excuse to drive their business forward. I would avoid them if possible.
