This is the second set of shock collars I've ordered (mixed brands). I'll tell you about my pros and cons. Pros: The remote was really easy to program. Collars are nylon, not plastic. They hold a charge well, I have to charge them about every 3 days which is fine by me. The beeper on the remote control is very loud and easily draws my dog's attention. The price was decent in my opinion. Cons: I wish the collars were different colors so I could easily tell which collar goes with which dog. They definitely don't fit as far as the description says. My biggest complaint is that they keep "falling asleep" or something. My youngest pup was down the street today when I started pushing the button. He didn't even stop and walked out into the street. When he finally got back inside, I checked his collar and found it wasn't on. This happens quite often. Endgame - there are two chargers for 3 devices. Why don't you just plug in three or turn on the splitter? Other notable items are a collar and remote control that come separate from the other collar. I received an email in advance stating that they will do this. Both packages arrived the same day, so no big deal. Edit: After I left this review, the seller contacted me and explained why the collars are going to sleep. They also offered to replace or return the collars. I asked for a refund as it was not a defective collar. The return was processed in less than 24 hours and I was allowed to keep the collars. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
