I’ve tried many heat resistant gloves on Walmart. I use them often using the hot water/cold water method of cutting wine bottles (for my wife’s candle making business). I’ve cut thousands of bottles using different gloves to protect my hands from hot water, but these are the only ones that have truly protected me from boiling water poured directly on them. All others I’ve tried in the past start to leak quickly and then let’s the pain begin! I’ve used my first pair regularly for almost two years and am only replacing them now as I created a small leak in one whilehandling some broken glass. I’m happy to have a replacement pair on the way!
