We love that we can connect with candidates in so many different ways, whether it be through social media or our own internal system! The interface is very intuitive to navigate for new users who are just getting started using this software but also has great features built into advanced versions of the product which makes training employees much easier as well. I wish there was more integration between platforms such as LinkedIn Connections (or other networks) because sometimes you want your candidate's contact information from one network integrated onto another where they may not have all their contacts listed yet. They help us get qualified applicants fast by matching up job descriptions versus available talent pool within those fields. This helps save time when searching for individuals whom meet qualifications without having go off site looking at resumes. It saves countless hours.
