warm yes. For my 5 year old child ;) Customizable? I do not think so. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm not sure what the bungee on the sides means. The piece you push to move it just slides up and down the bungee cord. 🤔. My son has a head from the eyes up; so it's not big enough for that matter. There's too much of his forehead showing, and that's why the piece covering his nose sticks out too high. So. not recommended for large foreheads unless it bothers you that it's COOL!
