Review on Solarvista LIVE/X9 by Michael Cleveland

Our company is a construction company, and we use Solarvista LIVE/X9 to manage our field service employees. We are able to view each employee's location, and we can also monitor the status of each employee. The mobile app is also a very useful tool, and we can send messages to our employees with ease. We have not found anything that we dislike about this software. It is easy to use, and we are able to monitor our employees. Solarvista LIVE/X9 is helping us to improve the way our company works. Very user friendly. The live chat is great for getting help from the team during outages and power issues. Reporting can be very cumbersome when there are many systems involved. It would be better to have a single system that we could use for all of our systems. We needed to have one place to go for everything. I like that it allows multiple users to log into the same account. It has allowed us to get back to business quickly.
