Won't stick to wall
I have semi-matte paint on the walls. I cleaned the area where I was going to stick the towel warmer with rubbing alcohol, let it air dry, and fixed the towel warmer firmly to the wall in the evening. I went back there in the morning (about 12 hours later) to put a towel on it and the bar was on the floor. I tried resetting it but it crashes again within about 15 minutes. Big disappointment.
